In-N-Out Burger

In-N-Out is a famous (probably the most famous) burger joint in California. What makes them so good are their fresh ingredients--to the point that they do not have pre-processed, refrigerated french fries...they just make french fries from fresh potatoes/scratch! And actually, they do not have a refrigerator in their kitchen at all.

Whenever I come to eat at In-N-Out, it's always busy and there's always a long line. Just shows how great the demand for their burgers are.
Why? 'Cause their burgers are freaking delicious.
And they are very sulit (cheap) too; for around $2 you get a burger made fresh to order.

This was the "protein style" burger, one of their burgers in their secret menu. In their on-screen menu they just show 3 kinds of burgers, but actually they have a lot of other offerings--like the flying dutchman, veggie burger, 2x4, etc. A protein style burger means that there is no bun; instead, the burger patty (or patties) inside is just wrapped in lettuce.

Next time you find yourself craving for burger (more especially if you are in California), you can't go wrong with In-N-Out.
Back to the batmobile! (in my dreams)

Paula's Pancake House

Paula's Pancake House is probably the most famous restaurant in Solvang. Their specialties, obviously, are pancakes. However, they do make other heavenly breakfast and lunch dishes.
They are so popular that you'll always need to wait for several minutes (or even an hour) before getting seated.

Paula's Pancake House is located at 1531 Mission Dr, Solvang, California.

Their (Danish) pancakes are the best. They are so fluffy and perfectly sweet. This blueberry pancake is my favorite.
And of course, who would go wrong with steak? The potatoes with it are really good too.
If you ever find yourself in Solvang, never leave without visiting Paula's Pancake House.
