Cooking Lessons with Host Family!

Our host family mother enrolled us for cooking lessons.
 Getting ready!

Our cooking teacher was Russian, and so we were learning how to cook Russian food. But I forgot what those were. haha

Imbis na mag-aral magluto, sa iba nakatingin ang kapatid kong lalake. Iba ang inaaral! Hulikaboi!

Baking something na parang empanada.

Soup din!

Mahilig magpapicture si Tsukue. haha

Everything done!

Spending time with my Japanese Host Family 2010

Back in my Junior Term Abroad (JTA) in Japan, (King and) I had a host family.

King and I cooked Adobo for our host family to try!

Yum! Galing pala namin magluto? haha

I cannot remember what this is, but I'm sure that this was delicious. haha

Eating together with my host family.

Thanks to my younger host sister, Tsukue, for getting my hair done.

We also ate Ramen at my host family's own ramen shop.

Enjoying ramen while reading One Piece manga.

I miss Japan! I miss you guys!!

Sendai Trip

Sendai's best: Gyūtan (牛タン), meaning cow's tongue.

Sarap! Definitely one of the best delicacies of Japan.

Offtopic: Random pic with my Japanese prof's famous coffee chain!

Amazing Ramen from my Kakunodate trip

Sarap nito. Especially knowing na around 400yen lang siya. The cheapest ramen I've had, and yet it's better than a lot of the 700-800yen ramens that I've tried in Japan. Must have!
